The parabadminton, a variation of badminton designed for people with disabilities, is a sport that embodies many important values that I also hold, including inclusion, motivation, energy, surpassing oneself and self-confidence.
Inclusion of people with disabilities in sport, is of considerable importance, not only for the individuals concerned, but also for the Company in its entirety.
We can therefore associate great values with parabadminton.
-
Inclusion: Parabadminton allows people with disabilities to be fully integrated into the world of sport. He breaks barriers physical and social, offering everyone the opportunity to participate in a stimulating sporting activity, whatever their specific needs. It's much more than a physical activity for me, it's a source of inspiration daily, a dream that I make my job.
-
Motivation: Parabadminton offers participants an invaluable source of motivation. For people with disabilities, involvement in a sport can be a source of motivation. He can push them to train, to persevere and to set goals to constantly improve but also to get out of comfort zone to surpass. Every day I feel it, with a specific goal in mind, which I want to achieve and the desire to make the people around me proud.
-
Transcendence : Parabadminton pushes participants to repel their limits. Every player must develop technical and mental skills to compete at the highest level, and this constant challenge is a source of personal development. Sport teaches the rigor, perseverance, discipline and resilience that we, high-level players, demonstrate.
-
Self-confidence: By participating in parabadminton, people with disabilities can win trust and prove to themselves that they can accomplish great things. Mastering sports skills and progressing in a competitive environment builds their self-esteem and helps them overcome obstacles, both on and off the court.
The inclusion of people with disabilities in sport, particularly in disciplines such as para-badminton, promotes a more open, tolerant and diverse society. It also increases awareness of the importance of accessibility and accommodation, which can improve the quality of life for everyone, disabled or not.
It is essential that society continues to support and promote inclusive sporting opportunities for all. Para badminton, as an exemplary sport, demonstrates how the inclusion of people with disabilities in sport can generate significant social, physical and emotional benefits for the entire community.
